"Daddy..." The girl in Laurentina's arms trembled suddenly, her face turned deathly pale, but her mouth was tightly covered.
Navy? Is such a beautiful female navy officer also a lackey of the Celestial Dragons?
The girl in his arms stared at Laurentina with bloodshot eyes, pounding her fists incessantly and biting hard at the black leather glove.
The moment I took a bite, even though it tasted delicious, it felt like I was biting into a block of iron, and one or two of my teeth broke off.
Ooooh, it hurts.
Kids are such a hassle.
Laurentina sighed and simply handed her over to Ain.
"Where is the pet I wanted?" After executing the man, Saint Roswaal's gaze swept over the crowd ahead, and he instantly became furious.
“Saint Roswaal, which way should she have gone?” Jesse, the bodyguard in a suit, pointed out a road.
"Useless." Roswaal kicked the slave. "Get moving."
The Celestial Dragon, advancing step by step, was surrounded by kneeling figures. In the deathly still crowd, he seemed to be the only one alive. His arrogance grew as he moved forward, spreading waves of fear.
The busy No. 42 GR was like a dark cloud, the iron-gray cloud and the oppressive sense of hierarchy covering people's hearts, from which no one could escape.
"Oh no, Laurentina, what do we do? He's coming this way."
Alice peeked her little head out from the wall, then quickly withdrew it.
She instinctively took a step back, only to accidentally step on Laurentina's boots and immediately lose her balance...
thump.
Roswaal walked forward step by step in the oppressive atmosphere, when suddenly an untimely voice rang out.
The air became quiet for a moment.
Roswaal's eyes widened, and he stopped what he was doing.
The kneeling crowd gasped, a slight murmur rising in their throats.
move.
Jesse stood there, stunned, and pushed up his sunglasses, looking thoughtful.
In front of the Celestial Dragons, two girls in naval uniforms fell to the ground in the middle of the road.
The white-haired girl straightened her collar and calmly stood up.
The sea breeze caressed and played with her hair, the floating bubbles reflecting her beauty, and the vibrant colors gathered together, creating a breathtaking scene.
So...so beautiful!
The atmosphere in the entire No. 42 GR seemed to brighten up.
Laurentina, I'm sorry.
The unlucky guy was terrified, his eyes brimming with bitter tears, as if he would burst into tears at any moment.
She not only fell, but she even helped her friend up...
What should we do now?
GRs 40-49 are the food and tourist areas of Chambord, and at this moment, GR 47 is Uncle Tony's Izakaya.
"Pfft, Zeff, that bastard Rayleigh went to the auction house to scam money again."
Karp was biting into a large bone and meat, while the plates next to him were piled up like a small mountain.
"Well, as long as that guy behaves himself, that's fine." Zephyr took a swig of sherry and smacked his lips in satisfaction. "Otherwise, I'll risk my life to capture him."
The waiter at the izakaya brought over two plates of grilled meat. Zephyr thanked him softly, and after he left, Garp's expression turned serious.
"Are you still planning to teach the Navy in the future?" Garp asked curiously.
“Of course.” Zephyr took a sip of beer and casually took a skewer of meat from Garp’s plate.
“I ordered this myself,” Karp protested.
"This is for food and lodging," Zephyr said righteously. "Do you know how much food you ate on the training ship, you bastard?"
"Isn't that a supply allocated by headquarters?" Garp's eyes widened. "And you said you could eat as much as you wanted."
“That’s true.” Zefa picked up another skewer of meat. “But I paid for the extra portion.”
"Is that so..." Garp nodded, then realized what he meant: "So you wanted to treat me to the ship's food first, and then have me treat you to something better?"
Zefa laughed heartily, "You don't actually think someone's going to treat you to a meal for free, do you?"
Wine and meat are a good way to build rapport, and Zephyr was especially happy to see Garp get his comeupp.
Karp grinned, about to retort, when suddenly he heard a gunshot.
With a thud, the two stood up at the same time. The students were playing nearby, and then they remembered that Saint Roswaal had come down from the holy site not long ago.
Instantly, the scene of the greenhorn clashing with the Celestial Dragon flashed through Zephyr's mind, and he couldn't help but sigh, "To run into someone just by having a meal, my luck is just too bad."
After paying, Zephyr put on his cloak and hurried off with Garp.
We sped forward and turned into the commercial street at 42GR.
Beneath the quiet street, a Celestial Dragon wearing a bubble tank, who at first glance appears to be a snotty-nosed man with a stubble beard, slowly dismounts from a slave and walks blankly toward a female Marine.
Through her hair color, Zephyr can see her soft, milky white hair.
“It’s decided.” Saint Roswaal’s face flushed with excitement. “You will be my ninth wife.”
"It's actually the legendary Navy Empress." Bodyguard Jesse glanced at her, smiled and nodded. "Okay, Saint Roswaal, I will process the relocation procedures for Lady Nine to the Holy Land as soon as possible."
"Aren't you happy?" The Celestial Dragon jumped around in front of Laurentina, waiting for a happy answer.
However, the girl replied with a blank, fake smile, "Celestial Dragon, when are you going to have sex?"
Huh? The Celestial Dragons didn't quite understand.
Is there a few words missing?
"When are you going to ask me?" What is this woman saying?
However, Laurentina wasn't in the mood to repeat herself; instead, she slowly reached for the circular saw.
Chapter Twenty-Six: I'm a Good Navyman! (I'm begging for your support!)
"Leaping Waves..."
Laurentina dragged the circular saw, which was covered in starlight and burst into a dazzling light almost instantly.
Huh? What is she going to do?
Bodyguard Sika reacted quickly, stepping in front of Roswaal's statue.
The crowd was in an uproar, as if they had encountered some terrible outcome, and scattered and fled.
Roswaal sniffed, his face covered in cold sweat, and took a few steps back.
Ain and the gradually gathering navy drew their weapons, ready to support their squad leader.
"Hey, Marines, are you planning to attack the Celestial Dragons?"
Sika drew her pistol, her body drenched in cold sweat. This woman had managed to kill a supernova a year ago.
Their strength surpasses that of the monster from CP9.
what about now?
Jesse couldn't imagine it.
The gloomy No. 42 GR, with its suffocating stagnation, was accompanied by a series of synchronized footsteps, making the scene even more stagnant, as if water could be squeezed out of it.
Jesse's reinforcements arrived quickly, and from a distance they were already facing off against the new generation of navy soldiers with guns drawn. The sound of bullets being chambered echoed in everyone's ears, and the entire street seemed to be on the verge of collapse.
Just as Laurentina was about to strike, two figures appeared in time, stopping a potential disaster.
The blazing sunlight tore through the iron-gray clouds, illuminating the chaotic yet quiet streets.
"Stop! Laurentina!" Zephyr roared angrily, "I never taught you to point your weapon at a Celestial Dragon."
Garp easily disarmed Laurentina, but anyone could see the uncontrollable hatred in the girl's eyes.
"But teacher, when a tiger is biting your head," Laurentina glared back fearlessly, shouting angrily, "you can't reason with it!!!"
The cool sea breeze dispelled the heat.
The disarmed girl roared angrily before the teacher's silence, each word distinct, each sound penetrating, and captivating.
Zefa took a breath and slowly calmed himself down.
He no longer blamed Laurentina for her recklessness; after all, it wasn't the girl's fault.
Looking around, Zefa could still see the expressions of shared hatred on those young faces, which was good, and he felt somewhat gratified.
The Celestial Dragons committed evil deeds and spoke rudely, which was further tacitly approved by government officials.
Outbursts from the children were inevitable.
But these newcomers, even before they were officially hired, had already harbored resentment towards the government.
Zefa became worried again.
"Pfft, hahaha!" Garp, biting into a donut, grinned dangerously at the bodyguards in suits. "That's true."
I, an old man, am also very protective of my own!
"Admiral Zephyr," bodyguard Jesse pushed up his sunglasses, revealing a smug smile, "I'll report this lapse in etiquette from the naval recruits to the government!"
The word "good" was emphasized, and anyone could understand Jesse's unspoken meaning.
Jesse was terrified of a completely irrational madman, but if the madman dressed up in a suit and adorned himself with etiquette, then he would have to have a serious talk with him.
Chains in the name of righteousness.
Seeing Jesse of CP6 acting so arrogantly, even the good-natured Zephyr's face turned ashen.
Why did things get to this point? Don't you have any idea, you idiot?
The sailors on the street clenched their fists, while the bodyguards in suits laughed shrilly.
The Navy and the CP hold different weight in the World Government's eyes.
The CP0 commander can even temporarily command a naval admiral, demonstrating the power disparity between the two.
Jesse laughed as he fiddled with his pistol, shaking his head and saying, "Having taught such rude students, shouldn't you, as their teacher, bow your head and apologize to us in public?"
He originally wanted to say kowtow, but after considering the other party's strength and status, he changed it to bowing his head.
Who told that girl to try and attack a Celestial Dragon?
If anything really happens, even a naval admiral will have to respectfully go to Pangu City to be punished!
Bowing down and apologizing?
Anger flashed across the young navy man's face, Garp's eyes turned cold, and Ain drew his short sword once more.
Even Zefa, who was quite skilled at maintaining his composure, started to tremble in his wrist.
Seeing this, Jesse smiled smugly, when he suddenly noticed a figure appear in front of him.
Snapped! ! !
A resounding slap landed on Jesse's face. He coughed up blood as he was thrown to the ground, crashing and sliding, damaging several shops. The girl before him had eyes as dark and brooding as the clouds over the Grand Line.
“Hey, CP.” Laurentina stared at Jesse with the look of someone staring at a dead man. “You should find a cesspool to jump into and wash your stinking mouth clean.”
The air became quiet for a moment.
A huge burst of laughter erupted immediately. Even Zephyr couldn't help but smile, while Garp pointed at Jesse and laughed heartily, his expression exaggerated as if he were watching a punished puppy.
Jessie, who was dizzy and disoriented from the fall, turned red in the face and opened her mouth but couldn't utter a word.
He never imagined that this girl would despise the World Government so much, and that even Zephyr and Garp would condone and tolerate it.
Laurentina vented her frustrations a little, and felt completely refreshed.
If I can't deal with the Celestial Dragons, surely I can deal with you?
After slapping Jesse's face until it looked like a pig's head, the girl continued walking straight to the statue of Roswaal.
Startled and losing his possessiveness, Roswaal couldn't help but tremble and fall backward.
Zephyr and Garp were ready, their bodies poised to strike, their eyes fixed on Laurentina, fearing that she might slap a Celestial Dragon in the face in a fit of anger.
