"What's going on with you guys... um? What happened to Karin?"
"Jiraiya-sensei!" Naruto exclaimed with delight upon hearing the familiar voice. He quickly pulled Jiraiya over as if he had found a savior. He had never felt that Jiraiya was so admirable and pleasing to the eye.
Seeing Naruto's change in attitude and his enthusiastic demeanor, Jiraiya raised an eyebrow and couldn't help but think to himself, "This kid, he always calls me 'Perverted Sage' all the time, but now he only knows to call me 'Teacher' when he needs something."
After the three children explained the situation one by one, Jiraiya pondered for a moment and then gestured for Sakura to help Karin up. He checked Karin's injuries, but during the check, Jiraiya didn't find anything seriously wrong. If she hadn't been unconscious, Karin's condition could even be considered quite good.
"Lord Jiraiya..." Sakura carefully put Karin down, her expression serious and calm as she analyzed the situation. "According to my examination, Karin's physical condition is fine. Although it's possible I missed something, I think it's highly likely that Karin is under a genjutsu!"
