Chapter 97 Extraterrestrial Civilization
Chapter 97 Extraterrestrial Civilization
Upon hearing the soldier's words, Vegeta suddenly opened his eyes, a cold glint flashing within them, and roared, "What? How does that guy know about Namek?"
The soldier trembled with fear, quickly lowered his head, and stammered, "Sir...it's through the combat power detector on your body. The detector can transmit back what you hear."
Vegeta's face instantly turned ashen, a surge of betrayal and rage welling up inside him: "Damn it! These idiots were eavesdropping on me, letting Frieza get the upper hand." His fists clenched slowly in the repair fluid, veins bulging on his arms, his facial muscles contorting slightly with rage.
"What wish does Frieza want to obtain through the Namekian Dragon Balls? Immortality? Hmph! That's wishful thinking! I, Vegeta, am the one who should control the Dragon Balls and rule the universe!" Vegeta's heart was filled with resentment and an extreme desire for power, a desire that burned brighter and brighter in his chest like a flame.
"Kakarot, you just wait! Once I obtain immense power from Namek, I will make you pay a terrible price for injuring me. And Frieza, your death is imminent. I will personally drag you down from that high throne, making you tremble and beg for mercy at my feet. I will let the entire universe see who the true king of this world is!" Vegeta shouted in his heart. At this moment, he seemed to already see himself standing at the top of the universe, receiving the worship of everyone.
Inside the treatment chamber, the liquid continued to flow rhythmically, seemingly echoing Vegeta's surging flames of vengeance and his intense thirst for power. The entire area was eerily quiet, save for the gentle murmur of the flowing liquid and the soft hum of the equipment.

After the strange light mercilessly engulfed the spaceship, Bulma, Krillin, Gohan, and Shangyun were swept into an unknown space. When they slowly awoke, they found themselves on a strange and extremely dangerous planet, already outside the spaceship, with no idea where it was. Shangyun activated his Heavenly Eye and Heavenly Ear to observe his surroundings.
The sky was shrouded in a oppressive, dark red haze, with eerie flashes of lightning intermittently crackling through the thick clouds. These flashes, like warnings of impending doom, mercilessly ripped through the gloomy firmament. The parched earth reeked of decay, and the crisscrossing, dried-up riverbeds were strewn with sharp, jagged rocks that gleamed coldly in the dim light. The surrounding mountains twisted and grotesquely, and sinister howls echoed from the depths of the valleys, reverberating across this desolate land. A thick fog, like a ghost, permeated the surroundings, casting a deep shadow of fear over everything, obscuring the path ahead, as if every step could lead to an unknown trap.
Bulma and her friends decided to set off to find the spaceship. As they walked, they suddenly saw a stone platform emitting a strange light. They went over and touched it, discovering that the platform was actually an image transmission device. Touching it would transmit the images recorded on the platform to the mind of the person being touched. Bulma gasped, secretly marveling at the wonder and mystery of this advanced technology. She cautiously looked around; the desolate land appeared even more eerie in the dim light, and the howling wind sounded like whispers from ancient times.
Klin swallowed hard, his voice trembling slightly as he said, "This thing looks really weird. Should we really continue?" His eyes were fixed on the stone platform, his hands clenching unconsciously, as if that would ward off the unknown fear.
Son Gohan frowned slightly, his eyes revealing a hint of curiosity and determination: "Perhaps there are clues here that will help us leave this hellish place. In any case, we have to give it a try." He took a step forward, leaning slightly forward, as if he was ready to be bombarded with images.
Shang Yun took a deep breath to calm his inner turmoil and said, "Everyone be careful." His gaze was fixed intently on the stone platform, trying to discern some clues from the shimmering light.
Bulma gritted her teeth and gently placed her hand on the stone platform. In an instant, her eyes became vacant, as if her soul had been ripped away and entered a completely new world. Seeing this, the others also placed their hands on the stone platform, following Bulma's consciousness into that mysterious image.
They witnessed the planet's former prosperity: under blue skies and white clouds, exotic plants flourished, and diverse creatures lived in harmony. The scene shifted abruptly; a cosmic energy storm struck, instantly changing the world's color. The catastrophe mercilessly destroyed everything, and creatures struggled and mutated in agony. Amidst this chaos, a mysterious figure flickered in and out of sight, seemingly controlling everything, yet its face remained obscured, leaving only a blurry silhouette emanating a chilling aura.
The creatures on this planet were originally a group of ugly monsters with a hidden past. They were the original inhabitants of this planet, once living a peaceful and harmonious life. Their leader, Moloch, was once the most powerful and kindest guardian of the tribe. He had a thick, glossy black mane, and his strong body was covered with tough, shiny scales that shimmered softly in the sunlight. His eyes were deep and bright, revealing wisdom and majesty. Back then, he and his people lived and thrived on this land, protecting the tribe's peace. The tribe's smaller monsters surrounded him, listening to him tell ancient legends and survival tips, their laughter echoing through the valleys.
However, a sudden and powerful cosmic energy storm swept across the planet without warning. This storm not only drastically altered their living environment, making it harsh and cruel, but also caused terrible mutations in their bodies. The once docile creatures became restless and aggressive. In that horrific catastrophe, Moloch witnessed the deaths of his beloved and most of his people in the storm; their screams seemed to still echo in his ears. Endless pain and despair completely consumed his heart, causing him to gradually lose himself. Later, Moloch investigated and discovered that the disaster might have been caused by a group of alien beings, but when he tried to investigate further, he found himself at a loss. Afterwards, he led the remaining members of his people in a difficult struggle to survive on this ravaged land, filled with deep hostility towards any outsiders, regarding them as the culprits behind all this misfortune.
