Peter walked out of the Avengers base's activity center and saw Bob driving a garbage truck, sweeping up trash. Bob didn't seem to be in good spirits; he was just driving around the streets silently. When he saw Peter, Bob just smiled and seemed to open his mouth to say hello, but no sound came out.
"Good afternoon, Bob. How's it going at Avengers Base?"
"It's alright, there are houses and food here, and I don't have to worry about anything else." Bob stopped the car and looked back at the street behind him. "I didn't have much to do, so I, uh, asked Mr. Stark if I could help out, and he said there was a cleaning truck in the warehouse behind, so I figured I could clean the streets in the base since I'm bored—anyway, I don't have much to do."

Peter watched the sweeper truck drive away, then after a short silence, he remarked, "If I remember correctly, Tony built the Avengers base covering several tens of hectares—"
It would probably take him several days to finish scanning everything.

A few minutes later, at Xavier's Academy of Geniuses, Cyclops had just received a call from Bumblebee to learn what had happened when he saw a portal appear at the academy gate, and then Spider-Man appeared at the academy gate.
Peter quickly entered the teaching building and headed straight for the professor's office. The professor knew Peter was coming long ago and had Cyclops open the door in advance, so Peter didn't need to open the door again.
