“We can’t just sit here and wait to die,” Belmont said in a deep voice. “Isaac’s power is expanding too fast. We must take more direct measures sooner, or he will take control of the entire world government.”
“But what can we do now? The assassination has failed, and his power is practically invincible.” Another of the Five Elders looked ashen-faced, clearly feeling powerless in the face of Isaac’s rise.
A cold glint flashed in Belmont's eyes: "Since direct attacks are ineffective, we must cut off his support. Kizaru is Isaac's right-hand man. If we can manage to eliminate Kizaru, Isaac's strength will be greatly diminished."

However, just as they were quietly approaching the mansion, Isaac's voice came from the darkness, with a hint of sneer: "You dogs of the Five Elders, you really don't know what's good for you."
The CP0 members were instantly alert, but it was too late. Kizaru appeared before them like a ghost, golden beams of light bursting from his fingertips, slicing through the night sky in an instant, the blinding light making it almost impossible for them to open their eyes.
